Do you accept commissions?

Absolutely! We love creating one-of-a-kind pieces — whether it’s an embroidery, print, or original collage.

How should I care for my artwork?

Each piece is made with care, and a little attention will help it last beautifully.
For embroidery, avoid washing and keep it away from direct sunlight to preserve its colors and texture.

For prints, original collages and analog photos, handle gently with clean hands or gloves, and avoid touching the surface directly.

Display your artwork in adry, safe spot, away from heat and sunlight, so it can continue to brighten your space for years to come.

Are your products ethically produced?

Yes ! We create everything with care and attention to where each material comes from.

Based in Paris-France, we collaborate with local print shops, artisans, and small businesses whenever possible.

Supporting local activities and keeping production close to home is something we truly care about — it helps sustain a sense of community and shared responsibility.


When certain supplies can’t be found locally, we turn to European partners who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.

Our goal is always to stay as local and environmentally conscious as possible.

How are orders packed?

Each order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a protective cardboard envelope or box to ensure it arrives safely.

We wrap each order with the same attention we give to our creations — so that it arrives beautifully, just as we imagined it for you.

 

 

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We can ship to any country in the world.

Shipping within France and Europe is free.

For other locations, contact us and we’ll look into the best shipping options and provide details on cost and estimated delivery time.

Please note: Customers outside of the EU may have to pay import duties or customs charges upon receiving their order.

These fees are set by the destination country, and unfortunately, we cannot control or predict them. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional customs charges.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped via La Poste with tracking.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery time : 3–9 business days after your order has been processed and carefully packaged.

Shipping details: All orders are shipped via La Poste, and a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package.

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on the items you’ve ordered and the shipping method selected. You can see an estimated delivery timeline at checkout.

Orders outside the European Union: Please send us your address, and we’ll provide an estimated delivery time once shipping is calculated.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?

Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process and the policies of our shipping carriers.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. So that we can initiate a claim with the carrier and help find the best solution.

Returns

Can I return a product ?

Returns are accepted within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us first, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Products purchased with a promotion or discount code may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Depending on the offer, returns or exchanges might not be eligible.

If you purchased your item during a promotion or used a discount code, please contact us through our contact form before requesting a return, so we can confirm whether it applies.

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a refund, the item must arrive in its original condition.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Once we've received and processed your return, it can take several business days for your refund to be issued. The exact timeframe may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.
